At MMHE Fragrances, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not completely in love with your fragrance, we've got your back. Here's how our return process works:

30-Day Return Window – Shop with Peace of Mind

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original tags and a valid proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply email us at shop.moosahassan@gmail.com.
Please wait for confirmation before sending your item back. Unsolicited returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items?

We're sorry! If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at shop.moosahassan@gmail.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note, due to the nature of some items, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

  • Items containing flammable liquids (for safety reasons)

Exchanges Made Easy

Want something different? The fastest way is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you prefer once your return is accepted.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at shop.moosahassan@gmail.com.
